October Writing Contest –Scary Stories

The Write Cup, 27 Center Square in Greencastle, is looking for your scariest stories of 1000 words or LESS. All stories can be submitted in person to the Write Cup or emailed to thewritecup@gmail.com with subject line October Writing Contest. The stories will be judged by age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-20, and 21 and over. Please note your age group on your story submission along with you name and contact information. The best tale in each age group will win a free book. A grand prize gift basket will be awarded to the overall favorite. All entries must be submitted by Friday, October 21. Winners will be announced on Thursday, October 27, during Greencastle’s Trick or Treating.
