DESCRIPTION:Now thru Monday October 27th\, 2025\nFranklin County Visitors Bureau Scary Mini Movies Contest: Really Funny or Really Scary REELS.\nCalling all amateur\, novice\, and aspiring movie makers!\nFranklin County Visitors Bureau (FCVB) is holding the first Scary Mini Movie Contest.\nGet ready for Halloween. Have a little spooky fun and win a little cash this Halloween season.\nPrizes will be awarded in two categories: Kids to 12 years old and Teen through Adult.\nFirst prize in each category is $200.\nPlus\, two honorable mentions of $100 will be awarded in each category.\nEntries must:Be original works.Be 30-seconds to 90-seconds.Videos can be funny and scary or simply scary.\nThey can use animation or actors.\nThink about what is scary\, creepy\, or bone-chilling.
