StoryWalk® Sundays-February 2023, The Institute

Sunday February 12th, 2023 * 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Our series of StoryWalk® Sunday adventures for kids continues…
The story posted on the StoryWalk® trail at Pine Hill Park changes monthly, and a special story event accompanies each one on the second Sunday of each month.
Kids will join a guided walk along the story trail as they read the book, then make a special craft project to take home.
They will also enjoy the warmth of a campfire and yummy hot chocolate and s’mores!
The featured storybook for is “Snowmen at Night,” by husband-and-wife team Caralyn and Mark Buehner.
Have you ever wondered about the secret life of a snowman?
One morning, did you notice that his hat was droopy and his grin a little crooked?
Did you ever wonder, what do snowmen do at night?
This charming tale lets you in on their magical nighttime adventures.
And…don’t forget to look for the cat, rabbit, Santa face, and Tyrannosaurus Rex hidden in the paintings!
The event is FREE, but pre-registration is required by February 9. NEW!!
