We have partnered with our friends from Chameleon 1648 Culinary Services to present a romantic evening in the heart of Chambersburg!
Chameleon 1648 will be preparing an amazing, four-course event-exclusive menu for our guests to enjoy!
Menu details are as follows:
– First course: Charcuterie Plate featuring Bruschetta, Cheeses & Fruit
– Second Course: Chameleon Salad….Fresh Greens with Seasonal Toppings & Peppercorn
Dressing
– Entree Course (Choice of Three):
– Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Bread Pudding
– Shrimp and Kielbasa Alfredo over Cheese Tortellini
– Breast of Chicken on a Bed of Roasted Peppers, Baby Artichokes, Sun-Dried Tomatoes
& Kalamata Olives
– Includes Smashed Baby Potatoes & Seasoned Green Beans
– Dessert Course: Profiteroles (Cream Puff Pastry) with Chocolate Sauce
We will also be unveiling an event-exclusive TBC Brewing Company creation- our Jurassic Funk Strawberry Vanilla Black Sour!
This beer is EXTREMELY limited, so reserve a bottle when making your dinner reservations ($10 per bottle)!
We’ll have a special Chocolate Strawberry Build-A-Brew option available, too!
The Barrel House Kitchen will also be offering house-made Chocolate Covered Strawberries.
Reservations will also be required for these delectable Valentine treats ($8 per half dozen)!
