Here’s Looking at You is a brick and mortar women’s boutique specializing in distinctive women’s clothing and unique accessories. It is a fun place to shop where personalized attention is given to assist women in finding clothes they love to wear as well as a wonderful selection of accessories, fun greeting cards and gift items.
Penny Shaul has been the owner since August of 2004. She enjoys bringing fun fashions to Downtown Chambersburg and loves helping ladies feel their best in the clothes they are wearing.
