Certified Tourism Ambassadors Is An Opportunity Waiting For YOU
The Franklin County Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) Program is a certification program that serves to increase tourism by inspiring front-line hospitality employees and volunteers to work together to turn every visitor encounter into a positive experience.
Franklin County has the beauty of four season with year-round festivals and outstanding recreation, plenty of fresh foods, breweries and wineries, galleries and theatres, plus chapter after chapter of American history. It is a destination like no other. But, the greatest asset is our people. Our people still stop, speak, and smile. It is what sets our destination apart!
Being a CTA builds the confidence to go above and beyond with the visitor experience. Plus, it provides a way to network, support pride in community, stay in the know on local happenings, gain knowledge of local history and culture, and develop leadership qualities.
