Take a seat at our handcrafted farm tables within our orchard accompanied by a beautiful country sunset, live music and of course, farm-fresh inspired dishes from Summer Creek BBQ using Country Creek’s own produce for the freshest flavor!

Grazing Table -incredible assortment of cheeses sourced in Pennsylvania, a Sun-Dried Tomato and Pesto Torte, Hand Crafted Garlic Lemon and Spicy Hummus, an assortment of Crackers and Dippers and a colorful array of Country Creek’s Vegetable Dippers
Very Verde Leafy Salad – Explore the many tastes and textures in this leafy green salad that includes ALL of Country Creek Produce Farm’s greens and a plethora of vegetables sprinkled in! Handmade dressings seal the deal that THIS salad will be on every plate!
Focaccia Trio – an airy moist Italian bread with veggie slices baked right on top!
Rainbow Swiss chard – Pickled in an heirloom recipe
Summer Creek BBQ’s Pulled Pork and “Annie” Sauce – Succulent and slow roasted juicy pork shoulder served in a Martins Roll.
Add Summer Creeks “Annie” Honey BBQ Sauce.
Grilled Chicken Thighs and “Jane or Maybelle” Sauce – Straight off the grill this juicy chicken is salt and peppery goodness!
One of Summer Creeks biggest sellers. Add the “Jane” Spicy BBQ Sauce or the “Maybelle” Bourbon Glaze to make it even better.
Garlic Roasted Mashed Potatoes with Kale – Intense and creamy roasted garlic ribbons through these rustic smashed potatoes flecked with Country Creek’s own Kale and topped with gobs of melted locally sourced butter.
Cole Slaw – Green Cabbage sliced “angel hair” style and bathed in a slightly sweet and tangy dressing.
Dessert – You better believe Strawberries and Cherries will be used!
Plus, a complementary glass of Undone’s Kombucha using Country Creek’s Strawberries or Cherries.

Country Creek Produce Farm establish in 2007 by gen-next farmer Brent Barnhart who grows 60 acres of seasonal vegetables and fruits in Chambersburg, PA for roadside markets, their CSA, local restaurants, nursing homes, and Giant/Martins.
Country Creek also opens their farm for family fun angertainment activities including pick your own seasonal produce, Farm-To-Table Experiences, Festivities, and Trail of Lights.
Summer Creek BBQ is a Greencastle, PA based Caterer, BBQ Smoker and Event Designer providing delicious and creative food and insta-worthy design for all your event needs.
Alway…Patsy Cline is based on a true story about Cline’s friendship with a fan from Houston named Louise Seger, who befriended the star in a Texas honky-tonk in 1961, and continued correspondence with Cline until her death.
The musical play, complete with down home country humor, true emotion and even some audience participation, includes many of Patsy’s hits such as Crazy, I Fall to Pieces, Sweet Dreams and Walking After Midnight…27 songs in all. The show’s title was inspired by Cline’s letters to Seger, which were consistently signed “Love Always…Patsy Cline.”
