Winter STREAK runs from January through March, so you can keep up a “streak” of physical and mental well-being activities! Winter “STREAK” stands for: Start: Get motivated, set individual goals, determine your readiness to change and get started. Trekking: Get active outdoors in the cold weather. Relax: Practice relaxing, mindful behaviors. Eat healthy: Make healthy food and drink choices. Activity: Commit to increase physical activity. Keep it going: Find personal and community resources and supports to help you keep it going.
