Coalition for a free Virtual Movie Night to discuss the film, “Consider the Conversation” a series of films that intimately explores the American struggle with communication and preparation for end-of-life. Learn more about the Conversation Project and how you can help individuals share their wishes for care through the end of life. A panel discussion will take place throughout the movie.
The Got Wishes? Coalition promotes the conversation and completion of documents needed for Advance Care Planning. Advanced Care Planning provides a mechanism to communicate patient preferences for end of life treatment across the continuum.
