The Middleburg/Mason-Dixon Line Historical Society will meet at the State Line Ruritan Building, 15481 Park Drive, located off Route 11 at the State Line, PA Community Park.

Guest speaker is Kori Taber from Mercersburg, PA.

Kori is Programs and Farmstead Manager of Conococheague Institute in Mercersburg, and a member of the Visitor Experience Facilitator Team.

The program will be “Frontier Life at the Conococheague Institute.”

Kori will overview the history of the frontier, unique aspects of the site, its programs for area youth, and its launch of the “Animal Husbandry on the Frontier” program.

She will also highlight how the region’s history with the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution will be celebrated with new activities.
