Franklin County is celebrating the 250th birthday of the United States.
Join the celebration at the Franklin County 11/30 Visitors Center in downtown Chambersburg.
Kick off celebration with the unveiling of Franklin County’s Bell Across PA, music, living history, and a birthday cake to celebrate 250 years of America.
The America250PA Franklin County Committee joined the Greencastle Old Home Week Celebration with a float to show off the progress of the Franklin County Bell Across PA.
The float was accompanied by frontier, Civil War, World War II, and contemporary figures to represent the centuries of history in the county.
