Dolce Cucina (Sweet Kitchen)

Our first hands-on-cooking class will feature 3 courses:

You will pull Fresh Mozzarella to make your own Caprese Salad

Next, each student will make pasta from scratch and pair it with their choice of Chicken or Shrimp Scampi to be served with garlic bread (which you will make of course),

Finally, your culinary journey ends with Zabaione & Berries) – a classic Italian dessert made from cooked whipped egg yolks, sugar & marsala topped with Savoiardi,

This class will take place in the WCC kitchen, including in-kitchen Chef Table dining.

Evening includes cooking instructions, the meal you prepare, and house wines. | $70 per person
