Saturday January 31st, 2026 * 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Do you want to grow your small business in 2026?
Do you want to better understand yourself and how you communicate during sales conversations?
Do you want to better understand others and how to make specific communication adjustments for better sales success?
Do you want to learn how you are unwittingly impacting your sales conversations?
Then this 2-part workshop is for YOU!
As Randy says, “I’ve found that many small business owners don’t understand how their personality, their self-talk, and their lack of sales training greatly impacts the growth of their business.”
That is the foundation for this 2-part workshop!
In part 1: Understanding Yourself and Others, participants will receive a DISC personality assessment that is specific to sales. (NOTE: The assessment will be completed prior to attendance, and you will have life-time access for continued reference).
As we expand our understanding of 4 basic personality types, participants will be better able to successfully bring home the sale!
Before the session ends, participants will be knowing key adjustments they can make to help their businesses to grow.
Total Investment is only $220 for your very own DISC assessment PLUS 6 hours of focused small group training with the ability to get answers to your most pressing sales challenges.
Invoice for payment will be sent to participants upon registration at www.minecawilson.com
