Following Dr. Bessel van der Kolk’s groundbreaking work, The Body Keeps the Score, we now know how our bodies react to and carry stress and trauma, affecting our moods, increasing feeling stressed, and leaving us exhausted.
In this free workshop, join Ashley Pett, LMT, and Susan Stewart, LMFT, to learn more about how our bodies handle stress and how you can use simple tools to help lower stress levels quickly and naturally.
The workshop will be hosted at our office, 166 S Main St. Chambersburg
