Within this workshop, you will practice various twists to help connect your body and breath, while practicing postures that intend to compress and decompress the internal organs; this squeeze and soak method of movement will engage the bodily systems to help release toxins within the body, stimulating digestion and activating lymphatic flow.

This workshop intends to calm the systems of the body but also entice positive energy.

Experience gentle seated postures, a systemic flow (dynamic and static), and a rewarding soft sequence to cleanse and restore the body connections.

Equipment needed: Yoga Mat, water bottle
