If you feel constantly “on edge,” exhausted, or unable to fully relax, this workshop helps you understand what’s happening in your body and how to gently reset it.
You’ll learn practical tools to relieve physical tension, support mental clarity and focus, and respond to stress more effectively in daily life, including at work, at home, and before sleep.
