The Charles Brightbill Environmental Center, located on the campus of the James Buchanan High School, sits on 16 acres. It houses a large collection of taxidermy specimens in dioramas that depict a variety of ecosystems. The Center is visited by school groups, homeschool groups, Scouts, and Sr. Citizen groups. Programs are designed to meet the needs of those visiting. This tree is decorated with ornaments made by children who attended the Nature Crafts for Kids event last December.
