The Middleburg/Mason-Dixon Line Historical Society will meet at the State Line Ruritan Building, 15481 Park Drive, located off Route 11 at the State Line, PA Community Park.

Guest speaker is Bob O’Connor from Charles Town, WV.

Bob is an author of non-fiction and historical fiction Civil War books.

The program will be “Little Known Facts About the American Civil War.”

Did you know Stonewall Jackson is buried in two grave locations 100 miles apart, or that Robert E. Lee and Jefferson Davis were not U.S. citizens at their deaths?

Mississippi ratified the 13th Amendment to free slaves in 2013, and a Civil War soldier invented Coca Cola.
