Whether you’re unable to make it out for lunch or are looking for a double dose of fun, stick around because Friday evening Mainstreet will come to life once again with Live Music Friday! Destination ARTS and Music Makers team up to bring you live music starting at 5:30pm until 8pm at 46 West Main St., entry through Gallery 50. BYOB and enjoy the sound of Joel Newman an artist with an electric music background playing music from genres ranging from blues, rock, funk and jazz. While you’re there, be sure to check out the newest exhibit, The Art of Healing featuring calming landscapes and colorful animals to renew the spirt. There’s more! Head back to Mainstreet, Waynesboro on Saturday morning for Market at the Park and this week is a special market; it’s 2020 Kids Vendor Day! Head out to 25 E. Main St. starting at 8:30 am until 12PM and enjoy the regular market experience full of amazing local food, flower, plant and craft vendors with the addition of the children’s handmade and homegrown items and food trucks!
