Heather will lead a Vinyasa-style yoga class in our historic glass-roof greenhouse, surrounded by lush plants and the soft glow of the setting sun.

This serene setting offers the perfect backdrop to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and reconnect with yourself and nature.
