Enjoy a concert with Double Keyed; Frances Drost (piano) and Kirstin Myers (oboe/English horn) featuring selections from our upcoming 2022 Christmas project.
Get a sneak peek into the creative process of choosing the songs and recording an album with behind-the-scenes stories and experience the music BEFORE it’s recorded.
You’ll get to know them on a more personal level in this cozy atmosphere and the Inn keep it cool with ice cream and treats served afterward.
If you live out of town, consider making July 17th a weekend getaway since it IS a bed and breakfast venue.

Children gather under a tree at Red Run Park, to listen to stories and enjoy related hands-on activities.

The theme for the 2022 Summer Stories is “Summer Fun.”
Kathy Helfrick and Jane Glenn will read a new story each week, with related crafts for kids.

Spotlight on Blue Ridge Summit, Pa. 
Part of a series of programs, Village Stories: Memories and Lore from Waynesboro’s Surrounding Communities.
Presented in partnership with the Waynesboro Historical Society, the program is an opportunity to learn about village life and times through shared reminiscences.
Current and former residents of the Blue Ridge Summit area are invited to attend and share their memories and stories.
Anyone interested in learning about this fascinating mountaintop village are also invited to attend.
During the 19th and early 20th centuries, Blue Ridge Summit was a thriving summer resort for wealthy visitors from nearby cities like Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
It remains a vital and active mountaintop community. Historical roots are deep and many families living there today had ancestors who were involved in the early life of the village.

2022 Summer Theatre Camps, Musical Theater for Ages 7 – 10, Totem Pole Playhouse

MUSICAL THEATER
Ages 10 – 18
July 20 through August 5 (3 weeks) — 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Campers will become a company of young actors, experiencing all aspects of producing a show.
Instruction will focus on character creation, self-discovery, and becoming a valued part of a working whole.
The intensive will culminate in a fully realized staged musical, performed in one of our scenic outdoor spaces.

Creative Dramatics is an improvisational, non-scripted, form of dramatic play that helps children explore their imaginations to their fullest potential.
This work is authentic, brave, and confidence-building, helping campers develop a profound sense of awareness and self-esteem, while bringing out the magic in every child. Come play!
