Totem Pole Playhouse, Pennsylvania’s premiere summer theatre, located in Caledonia State Park between Gettysburg and Chambersburg, PA, has announced their 2016 Sunday Concert Series featuring the musical talents of four local arts organizations. The free concerts are scheduled for select Sunday evenings June through early August.

Carlisle Theatre Company will kick off the series on Sunday, June 5 at 7:30 p.m. The hour-long concert will feature the musical talents of members of the Carlisle Theatre Company, an all ages community theater group which is based at the Carlisle Regional Performing Arts Center in Carlisle, PA. Chambersburg Community Theatre, Inc., presents the second concert in the series on Sunday, June 26 at 7:30 p.m. Based in the historic Capitol Theatre in downtown Chambersburg, PA, the community theater group will next hold auditions for “The Uninvited” on July 10-11 in preparation for performances Sept. 9-18. Third in the Sunday Concert Series is Gettysburg Community Theatre on July 17 at 7:30 p.m. The community theater company based in Gettysburg, PA, offers a variety of performing and theatrical educational opportunities for all ages. “1776” will be onstage at Gettysburg Community Theatre July 15-31. The Cumberland Valley School of Music wraps up the 2016 concert series on Aug. 7 at 7:30 p.m.
