During this in-person workshop, participants will learn how to recognize native tree species using tree identification keys and plant samples.
Join learn the basics of identifying native tree species using tree identification keys and plant samples.
Through lecture, demonstration, and hands-on practice, you will learn about leaf arrangement, leaf shapes, and how to follow the identification key step by step.
The class will also discuss the importance of Riparian buffers and proper tree-planting methods.
