The Bay supper is the most important fundraiser of the year for The Institute—now Buttonwood Nature Center.
In 2024 we mark our 27th year of this popular event.
We are once again planning our traditional “crab feast” dinner and our auctions—it’s sure to be fun!
Here’s an event that’s definitely all it’s cracked up to be!
Members, friends, and families come together to support Buttonwood/The Institute with a fabulous evening of food, fun, and frolic featuring steamed crabs from the Bay, shrimp, chicken, delectable side dishes, dessert, and Bay-related activities at the Waynesboro Country Club.
Bid it up on lots of great items during the silent and live auctions.

TO-GO Menu: Two Pieces Landlubbers Fried Chicken, Small Crab Cake, Mixed Greens Salad, Skipjack Pasta Salad, Roll & Butter, Dessert and meals are $75 each—a tasty way to support The Institute/Buttonwood!
Ordering deadline: TO-GO meals must be ordered by June 21st and Pick up your meal on Thursday, June 27th between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Country Club.
