~ THE VICTROLA record player is from the McLaughlin Hotel. It was in the “common” area upstairs, where hotel guests could listen to the latest songs and music artists, as well as write postcards home to their families.

January 2017 Exhibit
Allison-Antrim Museum, 365 S Ridge Ave, Greencastle, PA is hosting the 2017 Graduating Greencastle-Antrim High School Student Art Portfolio Exhibition. The exhibition will be in the Barn’s South Exhibit Bay from Wednesday, January 11 through Tuesday, January 17. Open house hours at the museum are Tuesday to Friday, from noon to 4 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A special “public” reception will be held Friday, January 13, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please stop by to see the artwork of the Greencastle-Antrim community’s talented high school art students.

~ ALTHOUGH Stonewall Jackson was never in PA during the CW, his persona was larger than life & he is still today a fascinating CW general.
