Shippensburg Area Civil War Roundtable presents, “Guiding: Gettysburg National Military Park”

Licensed Battlefield Guide Jasan Hileman will be presenting on “Guiding: Gettysburg National Military Park.”
He will be speaking on the context and the particulars of how guiding the battlefield at Gettysburg became what it is today.
How do you become a guide, and what goes into guiding and providing a guided tour?
These questions and more will be answered in Jasan’s presentation.
Jasan is active in the Cumberland Valley Civil War Round Table where he has served two terms as President and is currently the Secretary.
He is active in Rehoboth United Methodist Church, Williamsport, MD.
He enjoys traveling with his wife, hunting, sitting on a beach reading a Civil War book, and guiding tours of the Gettysburg National Military Park.

The Roundtable meets on the third Tuesday of every month from September through May, except in December, at the 
Christ United Methodist Church, 47 East King Street, Shippensburg, PA
Doors open at 6:30 PM Program begins at 7:00 PM.
Parking is beside the church just off North Apple Avenue. 
Please enter the church through a door on the side of the church towards the rear of the building.
We meet on the basement floor of the church.
