If you enjoy learning new things and enjoy knowing what’s in your food this class is for you!
Here I will teach you how to make a sourdough starter and keep it going.
How to make sourdough breads, muffins, bagels, pizza dough, soft pretzels, and more!
I will give you a few recipe cards and my super simple sourdough bread recipe and answer any questions you have to the best of my ability!
You will need to bring a quart jar with a lid to make a starter and I will bring the rest!
This class will be $15.00, and it will be held at Alternative Choices LLC in Greencastle.
